Things worth knowing about holidays in our hotel

Hotel and rooms:

Our hotel is situated centrally, although it is only a few metres from the edge of the forest. All rooms in country house style are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, flat-screen satellite TV, radio, some have a patio. All comfort rooms are equipped with a bath tub or shower, hairdryer, extra WC, telephone, flat-screen satellite TV, radio and balcony. They also have an extendable sofa bed (e.g. for children).

A spa bag with sauna towels and cosy rental bathrobe is lent to you for the length of your stay and is included in the room price. Bathing slippers are available free of charge from the reception.

All rooms are no-smoking rooms. You are welcome to enjoy your cigarette on the balcony!

Rest day:

Arrival on Tuesdays only on REQUEST; restaurant open from 5.00 pm.

Short stays:

In the case of a stay of 1 night we apply a surcharge of 3.00 EUR per person per night: a lump sum of 10.00 EUR is charged up to 4 nights.

Our hotel prices are per person per night for half board (breakfast and evening dinner with a choice of menu, salad buffet), including all charges, i.e. service and VAT.

All guests have the possibility to dine "à la carte" at lunchtime.

At dinner we ask for appropriate clothing!

Dogs are allowed, but they must be house-trained and quiet and can not be accepted in all room types. They must not be taken to the restaurant or the indoor pool. The dog owner is liable for damage to the furniture. (For a possible final cleaning we charge 25, - €).

Half board from two nights.

For organisational reasons we cannot guarantee a particular room number or floor. The rooms are ready for occupation from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00 am on the day of departure.

3 days will be charged for in the case of cancellations up to 14 days before arrival or premature departure.

You can settle your hotel bill in cash (bank notes) or by debit card.

Travel cancellation insurance:

Cancellation – it sounds annoying and it is annoying. It's a shame for rooms to remain empty when others would like to have come.

On the other hand: anyone can be hindered at sometime.

Our recommendation: early booking is no risk with the "Post Cancellation Insurance". For a flat rate fee of 10.00 EUR in the case of a stay of up to 4 nights or 3.00 EUR per person per booked day from a stay of 5 nights, you can cover all cancellation costs in the case of accident, illness or other serious personal reasons of the person insured, his/her children, siblings, parents or grandparents if you have to cancel your entire holiday (not valid in the case of premature departure).

However, we ask for your understanding that a free cancellation of your reservation is possible only up to 4 weeks before the date of your arrival. If the cancellation period is shorter we must charge 80% for the loss (if we are no longer able to re-let the room). The same applies to late arrivals and premature departures.

Opening hours indoor swimming pool: Daily from 7. 00 a. m. to 22. 00 p. m.

Opening hours saunas: Daily from 13. 00 h to 19. 30 h
